Question 1

Are the vases watertight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our ceramic and stoneware vases are glazed on the inside, so they hold water for fresh flowers, unless the product page says 'decorative only'. The abstract bust and the candle holder are purely decorative pieces.

Question 2

What happens if an item arrives broken?

Accepted Answer

Every fragile piece is packed to travel safely. If something does arrive damaged, email us a photo of the parcel and the item and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Question 3

Will my pampas grass shed?

Accepted Answer

A little when you first unpack it, which is normal for a natural product. Give the stems a gentle shake outdoors, let the plumes fluff up for a day or two, then mist lightly with hairspray from 30 cm to keep shedding down. Keep it away from damp and direct sun.

Question 4

How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49.

Question 5

How do returns and payment work?

Accepted Answer

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. Our support team answers by email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
